Product Description

A brunnera with large, heart-shaped leaves with dappled silvery variegation and lovely bright blue, forget-me-not flowers from April to May.

Flowering continues for 8-10 weeks in late spring and early summer, and if plants are cut down, shortly afterwards, a new flush of fresh, green foliage and late flowers appear, rejuvenating the appearance of the plants.

Although it prefers moist conditions, brunnera will tolerate dry soil once established.

The fact that slugs don't like the leaves gives this plant an edge over hostas for shade planting.
