This garden in West Sussex had sadly been neglected prior to the new owners buying their new home a few years ago.
The lovely view from the garden was completely obscured by overgrown shrubs, so the new design ensured the view was optimised to its full potential. The steeply sloping front garden was tiered, creating two formal circular lawns flanked by deep borders on all sides. The new patio area wraps around the house creating various seating areas. The planting is inspired by a naturalistic approach with a mixture of ornamental grasses and perennials.
