A lovely Achillea with narrow, lance-shaped, saw-edged, vaguely fern-like leaves (quite unlike any others in the genus) and from June to September flat-topped heads of clusters of numerous large and lovely soft pink flowers with pale yellow stamen

Care instructions

Achilleas tolerates most soils but does best in a sunny well-drained site. Cut down to the ground in late winter, but resist the urge to do this earlier, as the seed heads look lovely in the winter light. Pull out seedlings as they appear, as they rarely match the host plant. Lift and divide large clumps in late autumn or early spring.
