The Plants
Miscanthus sinensis 'Gracillimus'
maiden grass
£9.00
A striking large grass. Arching leaves with a distinctive white stripe down the centre. It does not flower as reliably as other Miscanthus sinensis cultivars, but when it does, it produces lovely silky brown flowers that hang like tassels in late summer and last well into autumn. A vigorous, yet compact grass that holds its own as a colourful specimen and looks especially sensational when planted in a drift.
