A pyramidal shrub with spreading, layered branches clothed in tapered, deeply-veined dark green leaves which turn red-purple in autumn. Very pretty, white flushed pink lacecap-like flowers appear in early summer. In autumn the leaves will take on good fiery colours before they fall providing another season of interest. Winner of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Year in 2015

Care instructions
Grow in moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Requires minimal pruning. Where necessary remove any misplaced or diseased branches in mid-summer after flowering.
